Every shirt, hoodie, or sweater you buy? We fire up the presses just for you in our own small workshop: no soulless warehouses, no mass-produced landfill fodder.

Yeah, it takes a bit longer. But that’s the price of doing it right:

You wait a few extra days. You get gear that actually matters.

Shipping

Orders ship in 5–10 working days if we’ve got it in stock.

Pre-orders? We’ll tell you straight-up when they’ll ship, no mystery boxes here.

Everything goes with PostNL, UPS, or DPD. With tracking codes of course so you can stalk your package.

FREE shipping if you spend €150 or more (see country list below).

Governments love money. Customs might slap you with extra charges if you live outside of the EU. That’s between you and your taxman, not us.

Heads up: we’re not a store. Pick-ups by appointment only. Bring your order number or you’re leaving empty-handed.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size? No worries. You’ve got 14 days to return your order. Here’s the drill:

· Let us know within 14 days (hello@zerofoxco.eu).

· Ship it back within 7 days (at your own expense).

· Clothes must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags still on.

· Use proper packaging. Don’t tape labels to the item itself like a psycho.

· We’ll refund you or swap your item once it’s back safe.

Custom or personalized gear? That’s final. No take-backs.

Sizes and custom prints

We print everything in-house, which means you get options:

· Tees, hoodies, sweaters, zip-ups, you name it: everything can be customized. Hit us up for info and production time.

· Sizes up to 5XL available.
