These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed by consumers through our Website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under Belgian and EU law.
3. Products and Prices
· All prices shown on the Website are in EUR and include applicable VAT.
· Shipping costs are indicated separately during checkout.
· We take all reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions, and prices of products are accurate.
4. Ordering and Payment
· By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the product(s). We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A binding contract is concluded only once we accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation.
· Payment must be made using the methods available on our Website.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
· If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
· The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) take possession of the goods.
· To exercise this right, notify us by email at hello@zerofoxco.eu.
· You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of return.
· We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
· sealed goods unsealed after delivery which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
· goods which have been used by the consumer;
· customised or personalised products.
6. Delivery
· We deliver within the EU, unless otherwise specified. Delivery times are indicated during checkout.
· If a product is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and refund any payment made.
7. Liability
· Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
· We are only liable for losses which are foreseeable and directly caused by our breach of contract.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
· Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Belgian data protection law.
· You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability.

You agree not to misuse the Website, including but not limited to: committing unlawful acts, infringing intellectual property rights, uploading malicious software, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
